Terms & Conditions

  1. Methods of Payment
    Methods of payment accepted include credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, and Switch. Also accepted are cheques made payable to Andrew Jones Golf Academy
  2. Pre-confirmation and full confirmation of Booking
    To confirm a booking the lead name must be over 18 years. Once your booking has been confirmed by email or telephone and you have paid your deposit for your course you will be sent a pre-confirmation form which we suggest you check carefully. Please note that this pre-confirmation is a legally binding contract and subject to the following terms and conditions. Please contact us immediately via telephone or email should there be any discrepancies as it may not be possible to rectify any mistakes later. We cannot accept liability for any discrepancies raised within 72 hours of the start date of the course.

  3. Deposit
    A 10% deposit is payable on all courses booked earlier than 14 days before the date of course booked. Full payment must be received 14 days before date of course. Once the full payment is received a full confirmation form will be sent . This is also subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. If full payment is not received 14 days before the course date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit lost.
  4. Cancellations
    If booking cancelled before 14 days deposit is refundable. If cancelled after 14 days but before 48 hours money already paid may be transferred as credit and used at a later date on a future Golf course. Cancellation must be made in writing by the Lead name. Any cancellation made for any reason less than 48 hours before your course will result in all monies being lost.
  5. Amendments by you
    You may wish to change numbers or make other amendments. These must be made in writing by the lead name. The earlier you can let us know the higher the chance of accommodation. We will wherever possible attempt to accommodate any amendments however this may not always be possible.
  6. Group Bookings
    Where a booking is made for more than one person the person in whose name the booking is made will be treated as the lead name and will be responsible for making all payments due in accordance with the contract. The Lead name will also be responsible for keeping the other members of the group appraised of booking details and informing us in writing of any amendments to booking.
  7. Amendments by us
    On rare occasions due to events outside our control courses may have to be cancelled or booking dates changed however you will wherever possible receive 14 days notice and all attempts will be made to rebook your course on a date to suit you.
  8. Itineraries
    Itineraries given on the website should be treated as guidelines and may be subject to alterations.
  9. Green Fees
    Reduced green fees may be payable on rounds played outside the confines of your course on Littlestone Golf Course.
  10. Links
    Andrew Jones Golf Academy accepts no responsibility for the quality of services offered via links.
  11. Accommodation
    Accommodation fees are not included in the course price and it is your responsibility to book your accommodation.
